Online Scheduling
Established Patients We are pleased to offer online scheduling for our established patients for the following providers in the Pediatric Department: Dr. Andrew Carlson and Dr. Randi Tatum, and the Family Medicine Department: Kari Bradshaw, NP, Crystal Cowart, NP, and Leah Webb, NP. We invite you to schedule a variety of appointment types online from routine follow-ups and medication checks to sick and wellness visits based on the provider's availability. If you cannot find the reason for the appointment you need on the booking page, please call us at 229-883-7010.
To prevent a delay in your appointment or the need to reschedule, please only schedule with a provider in a department that you have seen before. For example, if you have been seen by an Endocrinology provider but not a Family Medicine provider, we ask that you call to schedule with a Family Medicine provider.
New Patients Pediatrician, Dr. Randi Tatum is our only provider that allows for online scheduling for new patients ages newborn to 18 years old. If you are not an established patient of the practice or do not meet the criteria for Dr. Tatum, we kindly ask that you call our office to schedule a new patient appointment at 229-883-7010. Any appointments scheduled online by a new patient that do not meet the necessary criteria, will be canceled as we follow specific protocol in scheduling new patients to establish care.
Office Hours & Virtual Visits Our office hours are M-Th 8:00-4:30pm and Friday 8:00-11:30am. Our Pediatric Department proudly offers virtual care from the privacy of your home. We encourage you to click here for a virtual visit tutorial prior to scheduling.
