Introducing PrimePatient Online Services
The Veranda is pleased to announce the launch of PrimePatient Online, our new patient online services. Beginning December 17th, 2007 our patients will be able to schedule an appointment, ask a doctor or nurse a question, refill prescriptions, pre-register for upcoming appointments/procedures and receive annual exam reminders.
In January 2008, the PrimePatient services will continue to expand, providing referrals and other Physician-related services.

Appointments
You may schedule an appointment by calling during office hours or by using our convenient PrimePatient Online services. Please keep in mind that you are making an appointment with the doctor of your choice and each doctor has his own appointment schedule. In the event that your doctor is unavailable, one of our highly qualified physicians will be on call to assume your care. If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please call far enough in advance so that we may use that time for another patient.

Telephone Calls
Office personnel answer Calls during regular office hours for the following services: Appointment Scheduling, Billing and Insurance, Medical Records, Nursing Staff and Lab Results. We receive a large number of calls during lunch hours. Please understand that we look forward to receiving your call, however we receive a large number of calls during lunch hours. Placing your call in the morning or afternoon may result in faster service.
